The WinWin 2021 draws will be held at the offices of Stride Management Corp. 3950 12 Street NE Calgary, Alberta starting at 11:00 AM. All cut-offs and draw dates are detailed in the chart below. Only tickets purchased before Midnight on each of the cutoff dates will be eligible for that draw. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
The above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend. If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
The draw order is as listed in the table above. July and December Calendar Draws will be drawn from least retail value to highest retail value.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).
Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by the AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified and approved by the AGLC. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.
The winner will be notified in writing by WinWin Staff Lottery; detailing what they have won and how they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number of the winner will be published on the lottery website site www.Winwinstafflottery.ca.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.
Eligibility:
The lottery is open to all residents of Alberta with the exception of: employees any participating foundation; members of the Board of Trustees of Calgary Health Trust; members of the Board of Directors of Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation; and employees of the Lottery Manager (Stride Management Corp.). Immediate family members of any prohibited individual, who live at the same address as the prohibited individual, are also prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets. No individual under the age of 18 may purchase a ticket and in accordance with the provisions of the Public Trustee Act, no eligible purchaser will include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on a purchased ticket.
Prizes:
There are 388 total prizes valued at $1,525,000. Each month, from a list of eligible tickets there will be one (1) draw for $50,000 and one (1) draw for $5,000, with the exception of December in which there will be one (1) draw for $15,000 and one (1) draw for $50,000. There is one (1) Loyalty Draw, three hundred (300) Super Draws, one (1) Early Bird Draw and Sixty-two (62) Calendar Draw prizes.
The July Calendar Draw prizes consist of: four (4) draws for $10,000 announced on July 2, 9, 16, 23; one (1) draw for $50,000 announced July 1; one (1) draw for $100,000 announced on July 31; twenty-five (25) draws for $1,000 announced on the remaining days of July.
The December Calendar Draw prizes consist of: four(4) draws for $10,000 announced on December 3, 10, 17, 24; one (1) draw for $50,000 announced on December 25, one (1) draw for $100,000 announced on December 31; twenty-five (25) draws for $1,000 announced on the remaining days of December.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed before the expiration of one year from the date with which the prize was drawn. If any prize remains unclaimed for more than 1 year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to the AGLC for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize.
Tickets:
In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail, phone, and online at Winwinstafflottery.ca.
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or through Payroll Deduction Program. The Lottery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Payroll Deduction is only available to employees on the Alberta Health Services Payroll, Alberta Precision Labs, Covenant Health Payroll Systems & Carewest Payroll Systems.
Payroll deduction requests must be received by the ticket processing centre to be valid. Eligible employees agree to have the amounts designated deducted from each pay cheque until such time that the employee is no longer eligible or has officially opted out of the payroll deduction program.
WinWin tickets available are; 85,800 single tickets at $5 each; 202,800, 3 for $10 packs; 104,000, 8 for $20 packs and 102,466, 15 for $30 packs for a total of 3,063,190 tickets.
