Draw Dates and Order:

The WinWin Staff Lottery 2026 draws will be held at the offices of Stride Management Corp. 3950 12 Street NE Calgary, Alberta starting at 11:00 AM on the dates listed in the table below. All sales period start dates, deadline dates and draw dates are detailed in the chart below. Only tickets purchased before Midnight on each of the sales period deadlines will be eligible for that draw. Prizes will be awarded from least retail value to highest retail value. After each prize draw, the winner’s name and ticket number are recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for all subsequent prizes in that draw. For clarity, tickets purchased between January 1 and January 31 are ONLY eligible for Draw #1, tickets purchased between February 1 and February 28 are ONLY eligible for Draw #2, etc.

The above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend. If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).

Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by the AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified and approved by the AGLC. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws within the sales period.

Files are continuously backed up by STRIDE Management Corp. in the unexpected event of a power failure. In the event of a power failure the draw will be postponed and will take place immediately once power has been restored.

The winners will be notified in writing and/or phone call by WinWin Staff Lottery representatives; detailing what they have won and how they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number of the winner will be published on the lottery website www.winwinstafflottery.ca.

Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.

Eligibility:

The lottery is open to all residents of Alberta with the exception of employees of any participating foundation; members of the Board of Trustees of Calgary Health Foundation; members of the Board of Directors of Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation; and employees of the Lottery Manager (Stride Management Corp.). Immediate family members of any prohibited individual, who live at the same address as the prohibited individual, are also prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, and the name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded. 

Prizes:

There are 628 total prizes valued at $1,800,000. Each month, from the list of eligible tickets there will be fifty (50) draws for $1,000, and one (1) draw for $50,000. In addition, there will be ten (10) Loyalty draws for $10,000 and five (5) Bonus Draws for $50,000 for February, March, May, September and November and one (1) Bonus Draw of $250,000 in December.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed before the expiration of 3 months from the date on which the prize was drawn. If any prize remains unclaimed for more than 3 months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to the AGLC for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize.

Tickets:

In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and

Cannabis (AGLC) are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.

All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail, phone, and online at winwinstafflottery.ca.

Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or through Payroll Deduction Program. The Lottery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Payroll deduction requests must be received by the ticket processing center to be valid. Eligible employees agree to have the amounts selected deducted from each pay cheque until such time that the employee is no longer eligible or has officially opted out of the payroll deduction program.

WinWin Staff Lottery tickets available are single tickets at $10 each; 5 tickets for $20; 10 tickets for $30; and 20 tickets for $40. Discounted tickets are available and must be purchased in conjunction with Quarterly Cash 50/50 tickets as follows:

  • 20 tickets for $35 WinWin Staff Lottery must be purchased in conjunction with 20 tickets for $30 Quarterly Cash 50/50 – total cost: $65.
  • Only 3,033,425 tickets are available in the WinWin Staff Lottery.

All cut-offs and draw dates are detailed in the chart below. Only tickets purchased before Midnight on each of the sales period deadlines will be eligible for that draw.   • 10 tickets for $17.50 Quarterly Cash 50/50 must be purchased with 10 tickets for $30 WinWin Staff Lottery – total cost: $47.50.
  • 20 tickets for $30 Quarterly Cash 50/50 must be purchased with 20 tickets for $35 WinWin Staff Lottery – total cost: $65.

Only 5,172,650 tickets are available for the Quarterly Cash 50/50.
